Asbestos abatement & Demolition at the hanover inn
As part of a complete renovation to the Hanover Inn at Dartmouth College, Dec-Tam is currently on-site averaging 80 technicians working multiple shifts 5 to 6 days per week. The inn is adding 12,000 square feet to the property and converting existing office space into additional guest rooms. They are also relocating their restaurant during this project.
Working in conjunction with Engelberth Construction, Dec-Tam is performing demolition, asbestos abatement and decontamination. Our part of the project is being conducted within HEPA filtered negative air pressure enclosures. Upon completion of the project, Dec-Tam will have removed approximately 400 tons of asbestos debris and general construction debris from the approximately 90,000 square foot existing building.
The Inn is expected to be closed until mid April.
