Controlled and Selective Demolition

Dec-Tam's experience with building systems and containment allows us to perform demolition in highly sensitive areas such as hospitals & retail spaces while generating a minimal amount of dust and reducing the impact of demolition on adjacent areas of the building and building occupants.

UST/ AST Cleanings and Removals

Dec-Tam provides a wide variety of tank related services from tank cleanings and removals to tightness testing. We also upgrade tanks so you will be up to date with all applicable regulations. We perform these services on Underground, Aboveground and process storage tanks.

Laboratory and Chemical Decontaminations

Laboratory and chemical decontamination provide a safe working environment for staff, students and contractors. These services may be necessary as you prepare for renovation, demolition, staff relocation or reassignment of space. Many customers incorporate this into their annual industrial cleaning plan.

Plant Decommissioning
