Dec-Tam employs four Senior Project Managers, seventeen Project Supervisors and has a labor force in excess of 100 technicians. Dec-Tam also has a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager on staff. The majority of Dec-Tam's Project Managers and Supervisors have been with the company for over 20 years. Dec-Tam's estimators have over 50 years of experience in environmental remediation and several have an industrial hygiene background.
Bonding and Certification
Due to Dec-Tam's excellent track record and stable financial status, our current bonding capabilities are :
- $12 million for single projects and $24 million aggregate.
Our certification with Massachusetts' Division of Capital Asset Management is for :
- $10.4 million dollars for a single project with $24 million dollars aggregate.

Safety
Dec-Tam is extremely proud of its project management capabilities and safety programs. Due to the longevity of the staff, Dec-Tam's experience modification rating has been one of the lowest in the industry. We currently have a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) on staff. In addition, Dec-Tam has received three safety awards:

Comprehensive Close out Documentation
Four to six weeks after project completion, Dec-Tam provides the customer with the following documents for their records:
- Copies of Regulatory Notifications and Permits
- Personnel Certifications
- All Waste Shipment Records (Chain of Custody)
- Air Clearance Sampling results
- Other project documentation
LEED Experience
Dec-Tam has successfully assisted customers in obtaining all applicable points toward LEED certification upon completion of their renovation projects.
